Refund Policy

Once the order is placed for one of our packages or services, it is being worked by Pravize and/or an attorney and therefore work has begun on your services you purchased so we cannot refund the entire cost of the you package purchased.

 

However, there can be a refund of the USPTO filing fee if you cancel your order prior to our filing your Trademark or other Trademark related filing with the USPTO. The refund would be $225 and up depending on the  filing fees we have collected as part of the package.
