This package includes the attorney's time to prepare and file your trademark application for ONE CLASS, attorney response to non-office office action requests from the USPTO, routine correspondence with you and as needed the trademark office, the USPTO fee for ONE CLASS filing of $225 and the Pravize One Class trademark monitoring services for 1 year after the trademark has been registered.

Once You Purchase this product
Pravize will send you an email that will have the name of the Attorney that is handling your filing with details on the next steps. Your attorney will give you updates on the progress of your filing as needed. Your attorney will get the paperwork filed with the USPTO once all the steps required by the attorney have been met. NOTE: review and approval by the USPTO can take between 3 to 8 months. Once the USPTO has accepted your trademark application, your trademark is considered "being registered" and you can now use the TM symbol by your name.
